Product returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!

A. Return of non-defective products - The right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer.

The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustifiably, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no withdrawal and the return is not allowed:

1) For special orders, custom jewelry constructions, engraving of objects.

2) Where the products have been modified at the request of the customer

3) In the earrings, for hygiene reasons

4) For damages caused during the opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.

 5) For Smartwatch electronics, if activated by the customer.

Refund orders will only be issued for products that have been returned as appropriate. If the product you return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

All return conditions also apply to the product change.

  Returns will only be strictly accepted if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unbearable and is in its original excellent condition. The check will be performed by the manager of our online store.
  2. The product packaging is not damaged or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
  3. The product is returned in a safe packaging, so that it does not wear out during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.
  4. All the documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt / invoice, warranty, operation manual or any other accompanying material) are returned intact and in excellent condition together with the product.
  5. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned with the product, also in excellent condition and the forms that may accompany it.
  6. The customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the above period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The customer in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, must inform our online store, https://www.beprecious.gr, 35 Louizis Riankour str., PC 11523 Athens, tel: 2106929537, e-mail: info@beprecious.gr for his decision to withdraw with a clear written statement that will be sent by mail or e-mail before the expiration of the above deadline of 14 days. In order to facilitate the exercise of your right, you can fill in the withdrawal / return form of products that you will find here, which we have delivered to you in printed form together with the other accompanying documents of the product, without this being mandatory. Upon notification of the withdrawal statement, the customer will be sent a confirmation of receipt in his e-mail.

The customer must return the products in secure packaging, so that they are protected during shipping to our address Louis Riancourt 35 PC 11523 Athens, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced, as above, to our online store its decision to withdraw.

The return will be made with the shipping costs borne by the customer. Change of products due to a company error is done at the expense of the company. Change in size is done at the expense of the customer's shipping costs.

The cost of return will be borne by the customer and our online store will not receive the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.

The refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer, will be completed without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) working days from the day we were informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, we received the refund , and in the same way payment was selected when ordering.

Especially in case of purchase of cash on delivery products, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. Therefore, we would like you to inform us via e-mail about your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary, as mentioned in the booklet. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are not made in cases where there is a change card. Returns of products that have a defect or are of poor quality or the wrong product was delivered.

Our online store emphasizes the quality of the products it sells and the correct shipping of the customer's order.

In the rare case that the customer receives due to the fault of www.beprecious.gr proven defective product or product that lacks an agreed quality or worn during transport or wrong product, he must inform us immediately describing the problem and notifying us if he wants a replacement or the return of his money.

Especially in these cases the customer can:

  1. Either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning and request the delivery of the product ordered, if it is a wrong product or its correction / replacement if it is a defective product or a product that lacks an agreed quality.
  2. Either pick up the product and return it requesting the delivery of the product you ordered, in case it is a wrong product or its correction / replacement if it is a defective product or a product that is missing agreed.
  3. Either exercising the right of withdrawal to return the product and request a refund of the price paid.

Προθεσμία επιστροφής του προϊόντος

The return of products which are defective or lack of agreed quality upon delivery or which are other or substantially different from those ordered will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In cases of actual defect or lack of agreed quality where the product is covered by a warranty of good operation and it is found to have a manufacturing defect by the authorized repairer who provides the warranty, the return is allowed according to the warranty, for the period covered by the warranty in the characteristics of the product. After the end of this period the repair or replacement of the product is possible at an additional charge following a new agreement with the customer.

Σε περίπτωση που η επιστροφή δε γίνει μέσα στο χρονικό διάστημα που προβλέπεται ή δεν πληρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις επιστροφής, το https://www.beprecious.gr έχει το δικαίωμα να μη δεχθεί πίσω τα προϊόντα και να μην προχωρήσει στην αιτούμενη αποστολή προϊόντος ή επιστροφή των χρημάτων.

Product return and repair / replacement process

- Product sending

Για την επιστροφή θα πρέπει ο πελάτης να συμπληρώσει την φόρμα που θα βρείτε here, which will specify the reason for the return of the product (sending the wrong product / defective product) and the request for [sending the correct product / repair or replacement (with the same product or another of the same value which must be specifically stated) of the product returned]. If it is found that the terms and conditions of his return are not met, as detailed above, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with the shipping costs borne by him. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.

Εφόσον διαπιστωθεί ελάττωμα, έλλειψη συνομολογημένης ιδιότητας ή λάθος αποστολή προϊόντος με υπαιτιότητα του https://www.beprecious.gr και πληρούνται οι όροι και οι προϋποθέσεις επιστροφής του, όπως αναλυτικώς αναφέρονται παραπάνω, η επιστροφή του προϊόντος θα γίνεται δεκτή και θα αποστέλλεται στον πελάτη το σωστό προϊόν (σε περίπτωση αποστολής λάθος προϊόντος) ή το επιδιορθωμένο ή αντικαταστημένο (όμοιο καινούριο ή εφόσον ο πελάτης επιθυμεί άλλο καινούριο προϊόν αντίστοιχης ποιότητας και τιμής) ανάλογα με το αίτημα του, χωρίς αδικαιολόγητη καθυστέρηση και οπωσδήποτε εντός 5 εργάσιμων ημερών από την έγκριση της επιστροφής. Ειδικώς για την περίπτωση που απαιτείται επιδιόρθωση ή σε ειδική παραγγελιά ο χρόνος της παράδοσης θα καθορίζεται κατόπιν συνεννόησης με τον πελάτη.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and refund

If the customer does not wish to execute the contract of sale, replacement or repair of the product, he can withdraw from the contract and request, if the return of the product is accepted, the return of the money corresponding to its price.

In order for the right of withdrawal to arise in the event of sending the wrong product through our fault, the customer must not have an interest in the execution of the contract due to the wrong delivery.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be born in the event of a real defect, this must not be insignificant.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.

If the product is received, a defect, lack of contracted quality or incorrect shipment of the product is found and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as detailed above, the return of the product will be accepted and the refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered the customer will be made without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) working days from the day we were informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract and in the manner notified to our online store in a timely manner and in writing. We have the right to delay the return of the money until we receive the products back and the inspection is completed.

Especially in case of purchase of cash on delivery products, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. We inform you that there are no refunds from our physical store.

Delivery costs are non-refundable if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by our online store.

Refunds are not made in cases where there is a change card.

Note: When more items are sold and only a few are wrong or defective or do not have the agreed properties, the right of replacement or withdrawal is limited to them.
